We recommend inspecting your wood fence annually for loose boards, leaning posts, or signs of rot. Applying a quality wood sealant or stain every 2 to 3 years will protect against moisture and UV damage. Traditional wrought iron is hand-forged from iron with a low carbon content, making it very strong but expensive. Modern ornamental iron (sometimes called tubular steel) is manufactured to replicate the look of wrought iron at a lower cost. Both provide excellent security and curb appeal. We install ornamental iron fencing with powder-coated finishes that resist rust and require minimal maintenance.
